Project Overview
As a contractor working with GigaQuests, I’ve spent the last year shaping a strategy focused in growth, by managing the community side, by optimizing their Steam Store Page, opening a Discord Server, and a Reddit community.
Community & Steam Ops
When GigaQuests started the Apes Warfare project, I supported the team by improving their traffic rettention on their Steam Store Page, analyzing KPI’s, writing DevLogs, Patch Notes, responding to player reviews and managing their Discord and Reddit Communities.
I also organized community events, like tournaments, giveaways, and Ask Me Anything sessions, from start to finish.
Engagement Growth
I improved their Discord server by adding bots, activities, and automations to increase community growth and engagement. This resulted in steady growth, and community rettention.
Content Creators were key during the launch, to guarantee the spread of Apes Warfare News, on related communities. Additionally paid strategy was also in place, to support those key moments.
