Project Overview
As a community manager for Infernozilla-Outerdawn, my mission was simple: build a true home for our players and keep them hooked as the game evolved. I took full ownership of our official Discord and Reddit spaces, guiding our community through 8 major game updates. From daily conversations to high stakes patch days, I made sure our community felt vibrant, heard, and genuinely excited for every new update.
Empowering Creators
To grow the player base organically, our team launched our very first content creator program from scratch.
By partnering with dedicated fans, we gave creators the tools to share the game with wider audiences. I also ran seasonal events and community challenges that kept our channels buzzing with activity, turning casual players into long term champions of the game.
Turning Feedback into Real Game Improvements
Great community management goes way beyond chat moderation because it is all about advocating for your players. I spent my time diving into feedback across the App Store and Google Play Store, analyzing player sentiment and translating reviews into actionable insights for the development team.
By bridging the gap between our players and developers, we were able to deliver updates that directly reflected what the community cared about most.
